Return & Refund Policy

We hope that every customer liked the item they ordered, and that the purchase left a pleasant impression.

However, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the Goods of good quality to the seller within 14 days if the Goods do not satisfy him/her in terms of shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose, and receive a full refund.

Attention! Items purchased in the online store cannot be returned or exchanged in the chain’s offline office.

How to return the goods?

To process the return of goods, the buyer:

  • fills out a return application (the return form is sent by the manager of the Zlitay online store at the buyer’s request).
  • the buyer must fill in all the fields of the Return Form.
  • the buyer is obliged to attach a bill of lading to the application.

The goods are returned through the Postal service that you prefer

Please do not specify: money transfer/cash; individual as recipient; cash on delivery. In this case, we will not be able to take back the goods and the client pays for the storage of the goods in such a situation.

How does it work?

We receive the things you sent us. We analyze whether they meet the return conditions. If they do, we will refund your money.

We return the funds to a bank card of any bank issued in your name. To do this, you will need to provide the bank details of your bank account (IBAN), card number and TIN (you will provide this information in the refund application).

All costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of good quality purchased in the online store are borne by the buyer.

Return/exchange of goods is possible under the following conditions:

  • the presentation and consumer properties of the goods are preserved (original seals and labels are present);
  • the product has no signs of wear or use;
  • the goods are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery;
  • the goods were accompanied by a duly completed Return Application and a delivery note.
  • the product is not included in the list of goods that cannot be returned/exchanged;

Refund period

After we receive your return to our warehouse, the return must go through the acceptance procedure.
Please note that the delivery status of your return in the postal service account does not take into account the time of the acceptance and examination procedure.
Upon completion of the acceptance procedure, you will be refunded to the bank account of any bank that you specified in the Refund Request. The term for crediting funds is no more than 30 days, depending on the issuing bank that issued your card.


Attention!
 If, when sending the goods that you returned to the warehouse, you did not attach all the documents necessary for the return (a return application (completed and signed by you, the bank details to which you want to receive a money transfer and the goods purchase invoice), the refund period is extended by the time required to receive these documents.
